Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. With sufficient notice, your deposit may be transferred once to a new appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the session, as well as missed appointments, may result in the deposit being retained. I understand that unexpected circumstances can occur, and genuine emergencies will be considered individually. Please contact me as soon as possible if you are unable to attend. Arriving late may reduce the available session time, as the scheduled finishing time cannot always be extended.
